You've played this course hundreds of times. That's the problem.
Work on your own store long enough and you stop seeing it. We are your website caddy. A fresh look at your site from an outside professional's point of view. The final call is yours to make, we just offer the best course of action you could take.
The checkout step that loses people, the product page nobody finishes reading, the ad budget quietly going nowhere — all invisible, because you're the one who built it. These nine questions cover the nine places a Shopify business most commonly leaks money. You'll find out which ones are costing you, and exactly what it takes to fix each one.

Where the money is going
The three areas costing you most, and the stage of Birds Eye's service that covers each. Prices are their real published rates — the recovery figures are our estimate.
How these figures are worked out
Every number here is modelled, not measured. We take the monthly revenue you set above and, for each area you scored below par, apply a recovery range — how much of that revenue a store typically leaves behind when that area is neglected. A worse answer applies more of the range.
Because these fixes overlap — a better product page and a better checkout act on the same visitors — we discount the combined total by 45% and cap it at 12% of revenue. The per-area figures are scaled to match, so they always add up to the total.
| Area | Recovery range, at worst |
|---|
These are planning assumptions, not a measurement of your store, and not a promise of results. What you would actually recover depends on your traffic, margin, category and how bad each problem really is. Which is the entire reason the next step is a free read of your real numbers rather than a slider.
What actually happens when you hand the bag over.
The scorecard is ours. Everything below this line is Birds Eye Commerce — the people we send you to, and what they do once you're there. They work with Shopify brands doing $50,000 a month or more; smaller brands can join their waitlist.
You connect five accounts
Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 and Klaviyo. Minutes, read-only, and revocable from your side at any time without talking to anyone.
They read it cold
No onboarding call, no strategy deck, no six-week discovery. You get action items: each one names the problem in your own data and what to do about it, ranked by impact.
You see the solution
Every item comes with its fix. On Stage 1 that's the solution plus ready-to-use prompts for your own AI agents. From Stage 2 up, their team builds it instead.
They ship it
Built, tested and sent to you for review. Nothing goes live on your store until you approve it.
The first 30 days are free and they don't ask for a card until you choose a stage. If the action items don't tell you something you didn't already know, you walk away having paid nothing.
Three stages. Start free for 30 days.
Every area on the card maps to a stage of Birds Eye's service. Stage 1 hands you the solution and the prompts to run it yourself; from Stage 2 up they build it for you. Prices below are month to month — an annual plan saves 20%, billed monthly on a 12-month commitment.
Every problem your data shows, named and ranked, each with its solution. Best if you have someone who can execute.

Ongoing management rather than one-off builds
$1,600/mo on an annual plan Start free →Every stage connects all five platforms — Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 and Klaviyo — read-only, and nothing goes live on your store until you approve it. The first 30 days are free and they only ask for a card when you pick a plan. Monthly plans cancel anytime; annual plans save 20% but run a full 12 months and can't be cancelled early.
They also run Studio, a content team doing product video and photography from $3,000/month. It's booked on a call rather than at checkout, and it's separate from the stages above.
Nobody reads their own line well.
You know why that product page is written the way it is. You remember the reason for that URL structure. You know which ad set used to work. All that context is what makes you good at running this business — and it's the exact thing stopping you from seeing what a stranger sees in four seconds.
A caddy's whole value is that they've never stood over your ball before. They're not smarter than you. They just aren't carrying eight months of reasons why the shot has to be played that way.
That's the entire product on the other end of this page. Every month, somebody looks at your numbers cold, with no memory of why anything is the way it is, and tells you the five things they'd change. Then you pick one, and they build it.
The questions you're about to ask.
